Shaolin Monk - ACCEPTED
Hi, this is my first post on the board, and i'd like to give my 2 cents
What about a monk unit trained in the monastery?
It should be basically a melee hand to hand unit
It might have a counter ability (something like it deals additional damage when attacked) or an evade ability
It could also have a healing ability with a "self" range (he can only heal himself)
What do you think?
We might change the belt color based on the team

Like a shaolin monk, trained in ascetic stuff and hand to hand combat.
It could be useful to train a combat unit at the monastery while you are full of healers

nice one, even though itshould be balanced (the chance should be different based on the unit you are going to stun)

yes, i had in mind the war elephant
so if you want it to stun any unit the monk should become a stronger unit slower to produce. You might also base the chance on remaining hp or armor
eg.
Stun chance= 80-remaining hp or
Stun chance= 100 - armor*10

Hmm... I could see an evasive ability getting VERY annoying after a while. just throw a few of these guys on the front lines, with some archers to back them up, and as the opponent keeps trying to kill these little evasive guys you just peck at their front lines with archers.
Although I don't see how effective a bare fist could be against swordn'board
