Showing towers in the process of building - IMPLMENTED

Currently there is no way for telling if a tower is built on the other team, it could just be damaged. So you don't know if you can be hit or not.
Solutions:
1) coloring the tower
2) an indicator
3) Having a in-construction image for each unit

If you select the tower and then go into it's profile it will say "under construction" if it is still being build :)

We need to think about the impact of ambidexterity has on the images. 4 pics for no ambidexterity. 3 pics with ambidexterity

We also need images for the fortress which in my opinion will be used more often than the old 1 man tower.
Anything is feasible with enough money and power.

With ambidextry you might do just 2nd, 3d and 4th image.
Anyway i think that you just go aroud the problem by tieing any image to a certain amount of the building's healt

i think this 3 images is enough generally, but it can be any on any building type (eg. a mega sized castle could have much more)
(Ambidextry is irrelevant - see how i plan it)

how i will implement is:
i will define all images a percentage where to show that (based on hp / maximal hp)

so we can define on any unit which image to show:
eg:
- from 0%: image 1
- from 50%: image 2
- from 80%: image 3
- When 100% the complete/final (the current) image.

on any building it can be any stages:
so maybe we can do on other building even like this:
- from 0%: image 1
- from 16%: image 2
- from 22%: image 3
- from 31%: image ...
- from 44%: image ...
- from 48%: image ...
- from 49%: image ...
- from 50%: image ...
- from 70%: image ...
- from 80%: image ...
- from 90%: image ...
- When 100% the complete/final (the current) image.

I like it, I think every tap from a worker ought to be a noticeable change( if that's possible )no matter how many times its tapped until complete.This is cool stuff )

every tap from a worker ought to be a noticeable change
i disagree with this, anytime we can come up with a unit that has a minimal mending possiblity like mending 1, and i am sure we dont want to have 4000 images for a mega castle :)

If a building is built to say stage four, and is attacked so loses enough health to go back down to the previous stage, would it switch images or stay same...

Maybe have damaged images instead of building. (After the structure is built) (Like AoE)

the engine is ready i think.
the first version (with fortress process of building) is up on server in 15 minutes.

patroid: they re nice, but please choose a structure that is 3Dish, the old barracks and other similar buildings are ugly, and must be replaced with nice ones - so i suggest not to make more images on the basis of these ugly ones. (i made these ugly ones :))

so i suggest making "process of building" images for
- mega castle (I think CoolGuy already working on it)
- church (however that not so nice either - but at least 3Dish)
- blacksmith
- advancements center.
- catapult
- wagon
- watch tower
- all ships (!)
- bridges
- wall/gate (but this also needs new images i think - more 3D ish - also they are more complex: they will need joinable images too - there is a topic about it somewhere)
- i dont know... what else we have? :)

extra suggestion for the tower: i think the tower series would need an extra small version of the process of building series: an image that is only a few sticks on the ground (so an almost nothing) - what do you think?

I just checked this out in the game and it is AWESOME if I do say so myself. BIG improvement, keep the images coming. I might even try one myself, if I can find the time...
