Any players can apply.
we will make practice maps where you can practice your basic skills

Don't players need to be assigned to leagues? Or are we all going to be part of a single league until we get enough players for more leagues/divisions/conferences,etc.,.?

Technically, there are 5. More are joining. We'll start at around 16.

Tournament means, that we play multiplayer matches with given people like if it would be a tounrament. The winner gets a load of gems.
