Grave digger no cooldown - FIXED

Discovered a bug I believe where sometimes grave diggers can always dig up corpses, with no cooldown. Not sure how to reproduce this, but I believe it is a bug
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.

I almost sure it's becouse of autocast,but isn't it fixed?
