It should right? I shoot few times and any unit didnt get this effect.

it works for me in many games.
please check again with newly created castle and on eg. buildings.

Ok,its causeing buring,but only on some units. Unit it definetly should burm but isnt is summoned etn,other ets,buldings,wooden units like wagons are burning.
