Jeeps can have bonus against infantries to make them more useful. The bonus is enough to kill infantries in one blow. Light tanks will also get the same bonus. Armoured car will be the same. The difference is that armoured car has more hp and infantries can't one hit kill it except for at infantries. Armoured car can also have at cannon as weak ability attack because armoured car is usually faster and it's hard to hit it with tanks.

Light tanks will have more hp than armoured car. Not one hit kill by at rifle. Slower than armoured car. Also have cannon as weak ability attack to fight other tanks.
