Tanks Can't Counterattack Two Times

Each turns a tank can't counterattack two times, so infantries can swarm it.

That would make sense nobody could load a tank shell fast enough to attack everything surrounding them.
They were too bulky to spin fast enough to hit everyone with it's machine gun as well.

Despite a tank's ability to mow down infantry. Swarms actually can do a lot of damage to a single tank, and easily destroy it. This encourages formations, so that units cannot surround it by 4 sides. Would also lead to more tactical decision making.

It would make the game a bit more tactical but what if there was a machine gun on the top of the tank and since the hit twice no swarm problem!

Mashine guns from that period were large and would take
1. 2-3 humans
2. even more space on tank's top.
3. this is open and vurable to snipers.
4. Actually some late-war tanks HAD mashine guns specially for them. But they were incide tank and could cover only front of tank.

Also i like idea of only one Counter attack of tanks because tanks can't counter to every other tank that shoots it with its main weapon.

actually according to my research once the gun was primed it only used two guys, one for the ammo and the other for the trigger plus they were in the turret which had plenty of room.

Unless it was a machine gun, which should be able to counter attack 2 time, but it has cool down.
