I suggest making the lmg unit some soldiers with some lmgs and the machine gun unit (which is already in the game) a stationary machine gun with a soldier. By the way, does any of you guys know where i can download the latest version of the game?

Wait guys, why making a lmg unit

1) mg 42 is NOT a lmg. Mg 42 shoot 1500 rpm (if im not wrong) cab u immagine the recoil?

2) lmg was not a singolar unit that go around and shoot someone like in battlefield and cod. Lmg was used in addiction of the squads, because a single lmg is desined for the suppression of the enemy, not even kill him (some soldiers of the british army say that they were under a mg 42 fire for ten minutes and no bullets hit them, this because mg 42 was used for suppressing large area, but at the cost of a lot of precision. Same story with mg 34 but the rate of fire was lower.

In terms of the gane we can insted of adding a unit with lmg, a tech that add a +10/20% of damege and ina the case of the mg 34 istead of the bonus damegr we can had fear

You said that lmg is used in addition to squads, not a singular unit. So this one is a squad with lmg, not a singular unit, so no problem? Or at least should, image needs changes.

The Mg42 is a general purpose machine gun. It can also be used to give suppressive fire. The Germans won't have hmg and lmg serperated. I have thought about bonus when units near an lmg units a couple of days ago. I just haven't posted it yet to make the best system.
