Machinegunner to Submachinegunner

This tech upgrades the machinegunner to submachinegunnner with better mobility and can capture cities. This tech costs 5 turns.

Try making a new unit instead of converting the Machinegunner to Submachinegunner...How about decrease a bit of its effectiveness of the SMG than MG but has faster mobility than Infantry and of course take over buildings :D

Submachine guns are way different than machine guns.
