What we need, is an option for units to be not affected by certain spells and effects.
Examples would be a building not able to burn down or certain units cannot be poison. It will certainly fix some of the units problems.

What about a list in effect jsons like

Idontaffect: unit list, and so on...

actually you can set already what to be affected.
a building not to be burn down should not be burnable (even not a building because buildings currently burnables)

unit that are in U_BURNABLES are burnables. if a unit is not part of this category it will not burn.
sme true to U_FLESH_N_BLOOD they are poisonable others are not.

may b a new U_BUILDING_NOT_BURNABLE category that gets standard bonus from anti building units but dont burn
