EVENT: Global events "tech" - it is not a tech

based on ollie444 idea:
Orc:
- BATTLE CRY
Melee Orcs are 50% stronger for the next 3 turns
Can be repeated
Undead:
- AWAKENING
Every corpse on the entire game board is resurrected
Can be repeated
Takes many turns...
Elf
- HARMONY
For 1 turn, all attacks are boosted by 100%

we have no such at the moment, but good idea, i like the best the undead "AWAKENING - all corpses reanimation" on the entire map
- however it can be too op: eg. if there are 4-6 players and the other players are killing each other like hell, and they undead player needs no any army only inventing this "event" that will bring him/her a ton of units from all the corpses
- maybe we could maximizing teh effect somehow... or making it too costy - i dont know.
ADDITIONAL idea to these events direction: if someone starts to invent such global event than all players can see it and can see how many turns left to reach the event (and maybe they can rush the TC that is inventing it to cut the event (maybe this is public too - that which TC is inventing it) .

1. we should name these kind of "techs" - these are not techs, but "events" or "global effect" or something
2. we should define how they work, how anyone or the inventing player will see if the effect is on or off
3. how/where can we invent it (om TC? or in spoecial buildings like volcano?)
4. moneyman can be used to skip turns or not (however only human has moneyman)
5. how enemy see (if he even see it) that a player started to invent it.

maybe in a new building, called temple of gods?
I think the awekening is cool too, and a 5-10 limit would be good.
This is Hungary and winter is coming.

How about awakening can only be used once in each game?
Or maybe for all these "Global events" in fact?

We would also want one for humans...

Maybe "RALLY" or "HORN" or "BATTLE CHANT" or "SPEECH"? - I like "RALLY"


Boost attack - 50%
Armor - 20%
Speed - 1 tile

Key thing: Affects every unit on the board when it is used. Last until unit is killed. (So will stay on a unit for the rest of his life) Does not affect units built after the event.

Too OP? maybe... but we can make it less so.

Or we could make the others more powerful-

Battle cry:
Melee orcs have 3 times their attack and 2/3 armor for 3 turns

HARMONY:
Elves have x+1 times attack where x equals the amount of elf units on the board divided by 5. (units only count if they are elf though) Lasts 2-3 turns.
This could be op, so a maximum x value of 20 (5 times attack)
