Black Magic/Necromancy -
Increases damage of magic by 20%
Decreases power of healing magic
4 turns
Mending -
Increases healing power by 40%
Decreases power of aggressive magic
4 turns
Conjuring -
Increases summoned unit's power by 40%
Decreases power of strengthening magic
4 turns
Enchantment -
Increases Strengthening magic power by 50%
Decreases power of Summoning power
4 turns

here i am not sure how to understand: are these the new "event" or global effect type effects?
if not, and these are intended to be normal techs, than i suggest making more specific techs: like: increasing the spell range of xy spell, or increasing spell range of the lich. and so on.

it is mixed. he said ones which are ''event" techs, so they need to be researched several times.
This is Hungary and winter is coming.

but i don't plan put any such events in the first release, they will be in after a few releases.
