No.
Too high hp, invisibility and fireball for 3 turns cost.
If its cost was 8 or 9 maybe...................... But i think still no.

Anyway.
@ethanking5.
Please do not suggest ideas "just to suggest". Look through forums firstly and notice 3 things:
1. How others are suggesting units - description of visual look for unit (if has no image), stats (for example what sight range this caster you suggest should have? 19? 3? 0? and what p. armor (against arrows)? 38? 0? -10000000 (instadeath from any arrow)? how is it moving? In water? Through land? Can it move through forest? Or it is flying?), description of abilities.
2. Play aof game, learn races and suggest for them what do they lack. Undeads have enough land casters who can raise dead. (By the way what range for raise dead? 1 and single target i assume?)
3. Currently most of races have lots of things for implementing already and are just waiting for their hour.
Exept scaledfolks who should get revamp and still have no ideas at all. That is why a suggestion to move your fantasy to that race.
