IMPORTANT!: Every unit type and structure type should be in a separate topic.
So if you have a new unit idea than open a new topic for it!

Minotaurs are part of orcish horde.
What i want to see is next list:
1 caster from each race: human mage, undead necromancer, kobold shaman, orc shaman, elf druid, dwarven cleric.
orc crusher
human poison archer
undead knight
elven quick archer
dwarven hammer fighter
scaledfolk armored kobold slinger
Giant turtle as transport (amphibious)

because cost in tavern is paid with money couriers and must be same as normal unit.
For example for elves necromancer will be pretty useful with vanishing+ skill
Dwarven cleric with healing and disenchant will be useful for both undeads and orcs while human mage for nearly everyone.
Specifically for not so genious persons

First The Minotaurs have to be in game whit orcs
But not whit cost of 3.and such stats.
Afterwards seeing the stats for Tavern version.

Also we need "money couriers" for each race b for making it.
I say default - I don't like spending gems to an unit what is so useless like human one.
Even that slot in section should be changed let's say whit an elephant.

Isnt there a beastclan race in development? The ninotaur was mentioned there if I am not mistaken

Yes I mentioned it.
They should be the more civilized version of the Minotaur, the orc one could be the savage one.

Or we can transfer the Minotaur to the Beast Clan, The Orc already have powerful enough units.

I can see that orcs already have many variations of trolls
And addind a minotaur to the game should fit a very specific race and orcs currently dont fit that

the problem is that the game has no already stablished lore so we should start getting used to this kind of issues

The only kind of history are the campaigns, but this game doesn't have any official history.

Looks pretty good but a bit too big. Tavern can't be of size as castle.
