Urban Area
A building that works like tc except it can be placed in random map editor and it can only produce few things. By default it's carry capacity is 2 and all units in it gain +2 attack. Only infantries can capture it.
These are the produceable things:
Units: Partisan and Shtraftbat (for Soviet only)
Techs (all of the techs are researched for the tc which produce them only and some are not permanent and can be research again): Barricade (for 4 turns no tanks and vehicles can pass), fortify position (for 4 turns all infantries +5 normal armour and +10 explosive armour), garrison (+1 carry capacity, permanent), and others that I haven't thought.

Deploy paramilitary force (for 4 turns the urban area can't produce any partisans, unique for German), scorched Earth (make the urban area unproductive for 3 turns), prepare mines (all vehicles that step on the urban area will lost hp, last for 2 turns)

I just got a great idea. At guns will be used for this kind of fighting. At guns in an urban area will gain extra +13 power maybe. This way the at guns are excellent for fighting in urban area thus giving them usage.

Good idea, so long as it can be coded.

This is going to be a nightmare to code, but I see no reason to deem it impossible.

Yes. I have an idea. This will also give aura cqc. Cqc will increase normal armour and explosive armour to all infantries and at guns making it able to withstand 3 tank damages. Smg infantry will get +5 power as bonus.

The effect will make vehicles get -12 power and infantry +6 expl armour and +2 power
