Does anyone think it's possibly to create a chess board and limit the units involved to accurately move and attack? Triggers maybe?

Well there are 2 chess game s already in as gan maps
But both have normal movement, not chess like. Maybe it might be possible to implement, but at present i dont think it is possible to restrictt their movement to match chess

Btw chess algorithms are incredibly complex.
The day is coming when a single carrot, freshly observed, will set off a revolution.
