Better human infantry. 3 cost, constant fire laser rifles (2 actions, bonus against inf), a bit bigger hp thanks to training, maybe a bit higher physical armor (some light armor protecting from blades, dodge for rockets idk), and grenades. EMP one, maybe an HE one, we wanted a flesh one too right? Stun for one turn? On all units, or just the infantry?

How about stun for infantries and turrets like the fixed rocket artillery. Both one turn.

Guess that works. Same ones goes for the HAP troopers.

It should be a seperate stun grenade with long cooldown.

So we have the EMP grenade vs vehicles, HE one vs buildings and sort of infantry too, and the flash one for stunning infantry and defense buildings. Sounds good.

Flash grenade
Stuns infantry and defensive structures for one turn, cooldown 4.
Specialy trained and equiped elites. Their laser rifles are capable of constant fire, what makes them them deadly against infantry. Their training and light armors increase their endurance, especially physical. They also have different types of grenades. Highly explosive one gives them a way to deal good damage to bulidings, and also infantry. The flash one makes them able to stun the infantry and defensive structures for one turn. Any of them can't be used too often because they aren't equiped with that many.

I think EMP is technician or super elite troops only like the HAP trooper.

Give him something like a SMG but laser? That would be fine I guess.

I don't really like the lines for grenades.
And I would prefer there not be any bare skin (because of a reason), just cover it with the uniform.

I don't think there is a requirement for grenades to be on the image.
Just to make them look cooler and differently from the basic infantry, we could give them plate armor-like thing. I don't mean plate armor like the knight had, but like the things the German stormtroopers wore in ww1 (https://encyclopedia.1914-1918-online.n ... ormtrooper - there is a gallery on the right, find the pic named "heavy armor" - that's what I mean). Basically a metal plate in the front of the body.

Yeah it's not supposed to cover all. Only to the legs, and not arms as well.
Also I'm not sure if that's the good way to do that...

I think there was a misunderstanding - I meant reverse, only the part that now is only uniform should be vest.

Vest must on the body, but without legs, head and arms. @DoomsdayDragonfire you might wanna help here.
