I don't like the name, I think it's kinda too dark for a worker xD
Maybe... Gardener? I switched the mood around to funny/sweet. But fungi gardener is not a bad idea imo.

As for stats:
Cost:2
Hp: 15

Mend: 6
Arm:0

C.arm: 1
Res:0%
Well 2 cost so lower mend rate. It's balanced around the human engineers (if every turn of production is 10 (human engineers mend rate) ÷ 3 (human engineers cost) = 3.(3) and 3.(3) (mend rate per turn of production) × 2 (this unit's cost) = 6.(6) well I made it a bit smaller but that shouldn't matter much)

I think cultivator is hard name to contend with. No edge (I think) and no sunshine.
