The stat change was due to the perceived weakness compared to other heroes. I think this is the only real dramatic change to a hero, but it should make him more useful.

Remove burning enchant and slowing enchant, lower dodges melee and counter to 20%, spell resist to 100% (there will be removed all effect that can lower spell resist).
You can add 1 passive on-hit effect (slowing 1/burning/poison for now).
Everything else is fine.
