Hospitaller Halberdier... missing FIXED

In the latest dev version, the hospitaller Halberdier is unable to be built by players...

Dev version: (1.126)

He's not in the upgrades section.
He simply disappeared.
Where'd he go?

In The latest update (NOT dev ver.) Halberdier is not on upgrades.. it is FREE and is considered a Basic unit. I can train it freely onchurches.
