Aquatic healing

Skaledfolk regenerate 3 hp every time they end turn in water but lose 1 armor

Maybe some % of their hp but i like this idea.
As for armor penalty i think it is not needed for now.

But firstly we need units. Current scaledfolks should be wiped and remade from scrap.

Get rid of armor penelty then and change 3 hp to2 hp at 60 percent chance

Lizards get most of their energy that is not food from the sun, so better idea would be a sun bathing ability that rejuvenates them with hp and +1 movement for a turn of not moving.
