Improved shields

Smith techs that affect every unit equipped with shields

Level 1
Image
Cost: 4
Effect: +1 armor +1 p.armor

Level 2
Image
Cost: 7
Effect: +1 armor +1 p.armor

Extra armor for shielded units... sounds good. Helps a few melee tanks, plus skirmisher.

Yes. strenght of humans should be also in their techs.

I think that adding some extra armor to units might help to fight hard hitting units. I'm also planning to add some evasion with shield block but with a different tech.

Looks nice, but I wonder if we can't use some of the shields from the multiplayer activity ratings? Some of them are pretty cool.
