Dwarven walls IMPLEMENTED

I've been wondering where the dwarf walls are? Because when I play as them I'm stuck using dwarven riflemen to act as it and they can be killed by a simple skirmisher unit. (Troll headhunter plus dwarf rifleman = unpleasant sight......)
Dwarven wall:

Hp 200
Cost 6 (3 turns for one basic worker.)
Power 20 (fear weapon, 3 instances, 100% counter damage)
Actions 0
Armor 5/20
Spell resistance 100%

Dwarven walls are an impressive sight. Well defended and strong, orcish hordes and even dragons will avoid them if at all possible.


(Extremely tough, well armored, and worthy of dwarven craftsmanship, these require dedicated siege units to bring down, not infantry with swords. Built to punish attackers, their defensive capabilities are devastating and extremely demoralizing, hence triple fear effect. If it seems OP, remember that the defining feature of dwarves is "immovable object" rather than "unstoppable force." besides, it's incapable of movement, can't attack, and blocks your own movement too.)

Yes. Power 40 and actions 0. The result is power 20 counterattack whenever it is attacked in melee. Pretty much, if you send a master orc warrior to attack, he will come limping home scared out of his mind and crying for his mommy.

increase cost ot 6-7 actions of worker, lower damage to 20 (with 100% counter damage) and it will be fine.

Didn't realize 100% counter damage was an option now. Editing it now.

this is about how big must be construction rate.
for walls if cost is 6 than costr. rate must be 400% and same is mend rate.

Why fear? Orcs don't really fear anything. Goblins are just about the only ones who would be fearful. Btw I'm not saying get rid of orcs ability to get fear.

you want for their walls to inflict other debuff?
maybe curse that will disable unit affected with it?
or disarmor (-10/-10 to armors)?
i think fear is tthe best choice.

Also it is inflicting fear because it is so god damn hard to break it than enemy units just get tired and fear that they will die breaking this wall.

75 hp, 5/8 ramor, buldable for 3 turns.
hp can be increased by masonry upgrade to 112.

Honestly all walls should be more effective. This one is just a bit..... bigger than the rest should be. The thorn walls should have been something comparable, but I find them to be a bit underwhelming. They have neither the power nor the hp to be a deterrent to attacks. This one has hp, damage, and a decent effect on hit.

It's so hard to break, and intimidating. Plus the wall has active defenses to return the favor of attacking back to the attacker. The whole design is made to demoralize and discourage any would be attackers.

Undeads won't fear to die under the walls :lol: make no sence..
Also orcs - uruks "fear no death or pain"

For elves is a pain to take down such line of wall since they have only Ents for siege and dwarven towers inflict fire to.
Also elven wall needs improvement -
Either a regrowth tech(autoheal) or different bonus from crushing and mellee attacks - after all it's thorny bush not stone wall. (weak one)

So for a basic wall fear and countrer is too much. (Only counter I'd say)
(Humans really need a spiked wall research tech - if we have that advancement center let's use it.)
A fear wall for undeads sounds better,
After all is made from bones, u hear the whispering souls, and such creepy things.

Human walls should be able attack, act like there's archers on the walls, maybe the range by 2 or 3 or 4. Perhaps the gate can shoot fire arrows.
Either that or it can be occupied, allowing units to be in it.
But but only archers can get in it. Perhaps the only way they can enter is using the gate as a entrance.

I can make the main wall but as for the animations of it I won't do so well. So somebody might have to do that.
