...., What is the average mithiril guard resistance, 50%? If so then this one can have 80% not 100%, Uruks, Sentinels, and Brutes all have weaknesses to magic even to the highest ranking units, dwarves can have the same. Humans and Undead are the only ones that need 100% because both deal a lot in magic, so it makes sense that their units would know how to guard against it. (Even though imperial knight has 80-50% resistance and the crossbow men has 50%)

Otherwise rest seems fine.

Give aura range 3.

Why does it have group attack 3 now? Group attack 3 gives +3 damage to all units, group attack 1 gives plus 1, group attack 2 gives plus 2.

Put it as this:
Group attack 2:Passive: rng:3

This way it doesn't get confused. We have those 3 exact group attacks in the game.

It's the same as the other elites captains.

Btw, we don't need one for Phantoms because their not the kind to need them, nor do they need another phantom to add to their pack. They have 11 altogether.

Elves can get one that effects ranged and may have a ranged and melee form.

So long as it isn't too op it should be fine, if anything we could just lower group attack to 1 for them considering the upgrades.

When i am saying "standart bonus to buildings" i mean this:
100% to factories
200% bonus to towers and walls
700% to mega buildings
