Image of rune smith is perfect.
As for runes themselves - these ones are buildable so they need to be a bit more 3d-ish but i like in general style of first 2 and last 3 runes.

In this style i want to see for rune smith's runes:
From first set:
Nauthiz, second row, 3rd from left;
Elhwaz, first row, 4th from left;
Algiz, third row, 4th from left;
Jera, fourth row, 3rd from left;
Mannaz, fourth row, 5th from left.
Specifically for not so genious persons

No need to rush on this unit.
It is unique and alex will remove all uniques and legendaries soon.

They will return when new setting will be added aka "fun mode" but different from it.
It will let to build uniques and legendaries as well as forum heroes and some other stuff. This mode won't let you to use spells though. But it is stackable with fun mode.

Honestly though, rune smith doesn't seem too Unique to me, dwarves could use a decent support caster, even if the support caster has to build the runes. But that's my opinion.

The reason why he is unique is that he can infinitely buff units.
Like to give to defender +30/+30 to armors. Permanently.

Oh boi. Assasins, magic, posion, sacrifice (but maybe it has 100% spell resistance), maybe some really devastating gigants but I'm not sure... Hard to kill that thing, but there are few ways.

That is not the only thing why he is unique.

What do you think about dwarves if all of them will gain PERMANENTLY +1 action/turn or +1 speed?
+1 action/turn and +1 speed to for example each mithril guard. In my game with brave i have right now around 20 mithril guards under double strike, trample and strengthen buffs. What if they will get another +1 action/turn, +1 speed?

If you want make him non-unique than he needs different buildable runes. I designed him as unique.
