Dwarven Mortarman — ARCHIVED

Dwarf Mortarman (Long Ranged Heavy Cannon)
Requirements: Tech: Machinery
(Gem Unit)

After Machinery Technology Inplemented, This will be useful if machinery tech researched. This unit is siege with dwarf crew. This is so strong in long ranged but so weak in short range.

Possible Stats:
Cost:5
Hp:18
Attack:15
Range: Minimum:3 Maximum:5 (Cant Attack:1 & 2)
Armor:0
Pierce:1
Speed:2
Spell Resist:0%

Description: A Strong Cannon With Veteran Dwarven Crew. A Long Range and Strong Attack Damage but So Weak in Short Range.

This unit is powerful but can't defense itself so you need to careful. And so slow so you need som techs to improved.

I think this should replace the bombarde (which I never liked because it looks like a forklifter with a cannon). :lol:

Nahhhhhhh The the Bombard is to provide artillery and the Mortor is to provide light artillery in combat

These stats seem weak and not very useful. My suggestion:
Keep everything as it is except for:
Min. Range 3
Max. Range 6
Atk 20
Should also add a bonus against buildings. It should also not be able to attack and move in the same turn (either one or other but not both). It should have trample and a chance to miss based on targets speed (just like catapult).

Dont forget about these details. It makes unit more unique and useful. :)
