Human Subrace: Angels - ANSWERED

Post by Puss_in_Boots »

Fantasy, if you are not a believer.

Angels work along alongside humans to work for what is good and holy. They might be good as casters, and they can fly.

Can be trained in churches only! :!:

They receive more power when next to or nearby a healer, missionary, or priest.

It should be upside-down i think, an angels that lending hand to support should give morale bonus to other friendly units (the believer or the one that fight alongside the angels will be more confident because of the one that had divine power help them if i think).
Currently exploring the wonder of dimension.

I like the idea of holy creatures for humans (like demons for undeads), however this should be implemented carefully. Angels shouldn't be cheap units. They might have some special rules to be produced.

Their cost should be somewhere around a templar. Maybe their empower ability should be symbiotic instead? And they have to be more frail than Templars too. They should probably transform to fly or to walk, and when they fly they have the same power, but are much more vulnerable to arrows than melee.
