Rebalancing topic - worst units - Orc
In game there are always stronger and weaker units. Sometimes some units are just counters for others and sometimes they just need some improvement.
This topic is for orc units. Tell us not just the unit but also why you consider it weak and what do you think should change.

I'm adding at the list the axe thrower:
The axe thrower costs 3 turns (50% more than a basic archer for every race)
It has the same damage of archers
It doesn't have any bonus against flying unit
Its range is terrible
It has less damage and less hp compared to orc infantry units
It has no upgrades
It doesn't work as a counter against any kind of unit (axes might at least serve as counter against wooden)
My suggestions:
Give it a 2nd attack
Give him a strong bonus agains wooden units OR a basic bonus against wooden and a minor bonus against flying (just to make it hit flying for normal damage) OR Bonus against flying units
By making those passages it still won't be on par with a fast archer but it shall have his own niche in the orc race

Yes, i've made it, but i feel that the basic unit (not upgraded) should be improved to

2nd attack sounds good. I dont think trowing axes can destroy wood.

+ dont forget that it is (like swordman) attacks normal armor, and has bonus against buildings. (so its role is not to compete with archers.)

Yes, i know, but a 2 turns warrior it is way better (even without upgrades) It has bonus against buildings, cost 1 turn less, has more hp, deal more damage.
The only better thing about the orc axe thrower is that has a range, but ranger 3 it's almost melee, you cannot shoot from a safe position like an archer qould do. Once you need to go that near your target it's better to go melee with a proper unit.

a 2nd attack and a minimal anti air bonus (just to hit) should work.
