Elven Fire Archers make flames IMPLEMENTED

This has been reported in the multiplayer chat. I think anybody thought fire archer elves shouldn't light units on fire. The Elves, lacking Power to destroy buildings make them very weak.

Daniel said to report it on forums too if it doesn't ignite units.

Why has a turn cost extra been added? It's still useful, but I do believe how I use my turns are precious with elves. It's harder to use them if they don't have easier access to anti structure weapons. Which until Elven Barracks are added fire archers should probably remain at cost 3.
