How about self lighting weapons (not as passive but like warmage's) for archers? I hope it effects the ranged units too.

We want to see holy units as special units like warmage for humans, not as common units like orc leaders or uruk hais for them. So please replace current templars and hospitaliers (i also don't like idea of giving them 3 tiers and mounted/dismounted variants) with these ones:
