unit: skeleton-grunt - OUTDATED

Skeleton-grunt: cost 4 turn, 60 hp, 11 dmg, bonuses all units 40%, inflicts little dmg for buldings, get 1 spell face of death (heal frendly undead, not worked by enemy undead, heal 30hp, all enemy in addition to the undead, 20 hp).
