Elephant Upgrade? It will be more armored and much more powerful, Also can this effect the Elephant Archer

Maybe, but do people even use elephants enough to merit an upgrade?

In late game? No way to dont. (Slow isnt barier,there are wagons)

elephant is naturally strong, don't add armor it will becomes a hard to kill animal. When i'm playing AOS, isn't easy to kill even use helberdiers, you just need to convert it by using priest or missionary but after that , the elephant that you converted is critical because some elephants need to attack first before convert & heal. I think elephants are the hard timely.

Elephants do have armor in the classical age

but in AOS Elephants are hard to kill and strong but easy to convert, i will agree to you but make the armor light and anti-spell.

btw, need other peoples' opinion before starting to make stats or upgrade tech icon.

speed can be increased to three?

image, adding armors on elephant should decrease the speed but in this case,the speed nothing changes except armors, pierce and spell/convert resistance.

I agree this should affect spell resistance, the ease at which they are converted is what makes them weak
