They were well known units.

their strenght was in mobility because they charged out from the shield wall of infantry or behind the heavy cabalry units.

pierce armor: 3
power: 5-7
movement: 6
resistance: 100÷
bonuses:

archers
catapult
trebuchet

I think the image is not ready yet.
- the short "lance"(?) should be enlengthed i think.
- and also what is the black thing behind the rider? i could not recognize it.
- also the unique hussar hat is not there that looks like this:

here are a few images i found:

Shield: so additionally i found that: the shield was like this:
http://www.vertesegyesulet.hu/gallery/v ... pajzs1.jpg

the helmet question: I am not sure if they wore helmet (i refer to the helmet with a spike on the top as on your image) or they wore a leather+fur hat with a feather, the only important thing is the long feather that we should put on (my suggestion)

cape billowing out: I see, than it needs some modifications, and also the horse movement does not show sprinting/galloping horse, but an slow walking (amble) horse - so it is weird having a billowing cape for that. (just my suggestion)
