Re: Unit: Werewolf (Humans)
Pg. 4 Near bottom, Lynx's suggestion. Maybe make it work 2 ways to make things simpler, human form could have some uses, while the werewolf form could have others. Think of it this way, since unit is from mage hut, it should have at least 3 spells to use in human form, in werewolf form it turns str...

Re: Unit: Werewolf (Humans)
i don't think it will relaly require TOO much coding. it's as simple as making the human form transform into the werewolf form with a vanishing(4) effect. after the vanishing effect is over it reverts to human form and the ability enters a cooldown of 4 turns. doesn't sound too hard - but if it is w...

Re: Frost dragon
it's painful, but unless you stay for a lot of time in the cold after passing out, or just get so cold to the point that your cells instantly die (but that's only on near absolute 0 temperatures), you won't really die, just... stay unconcsious and in pain pretty much. which is still bad, but still n...

Re: Unit: Werewolf (Humans)
Maybe my suggestion was a simple 5 cost fighter unit with mediocre stats but that has a transform ability that makes it turn into a werewolf, making it get a lot more damage, armor and speed, that last for 4 turns and after running out cools down for 4 turns. i remember it had a zurgo buff but it do...

Re: Frost dragon
Actually many living organisms enter a stasis state when in very low temperatures and rarely die outright, they usually only die when the temperature drops TOO much or they stay too long in stasis if I'm not mistaken. so no need to add damage I think, it's already pretty strong being a 3 turn disable

Re: Unit: Werewolf (Humans)
if this unit hasn't been implemented so far I don't think that making it simpler would make it be implemented any faster. Especially because that would pretty much kill the concept of the unit. If it can't transform it won't REALLY be a werewolf, just a wolf-like humanoid but not an actual wer...

Re: Frost dragon
Yeah, the unit pretty much gets covered by a thick layer of ice that slowly melts over the duration of the debuff. I was thinking to maybe do something like, the armor bonus starts at 30 and then it goes down by 10 for every turn that passes for the debuff (as in 30/20/10 at turns 1/2/3 of the debuf...

Re: Unit: Werewolf (Humans)
The transformation is just a really cool mechanic to have, I honestly would want it to stay with the transformation, and no one really complained about it so far so I see no reason to remove it

Re: Lamia
Uruk has no chances right now agaist it. Because uruk has 0% spell resist and lamia in your suggestion has fear spell. Oh yeah, forgot about fear, the super op spell. makes sense then, it's a warmage anyway so its stats aren't supposed to be that high, guess I'll leave it like it is. I'm pret...

Re: Frost dragon
read carefully, the units gains PIERCE armor. normal armor is unchanged. it's just that makes sense that an unit that is frozen wouldn't really take damage from arrows unless it's like, a huge ballista arrow or something.

Lookin pretty awesome! I'm just wondeirng if it would fit the game well because usually the dragon sprites are looking to the side and not the front, so that makes it look a bit different, but then again I don't think it's a general rule?... regardless it looks pretty cool! Re: Frost dragon
also if you want it to have AoE attack here's something that could work. Frost Dragon (cost: 6 / flying) hp 38 attack 14 range 1 power range 1 speed 5 sight 7 armor 3/2 spell: Freeze. cooldown 3, range 5, single target (affects ANYTHING, even buildings! when affecting a building, its production is s...

Re: Lamia
Now that I look at it again, I think that maybe it's still a bit too weak for a cost 5 warmage unit? I still think a simple cost 3 uruk would destroy this guy. maybe I should raise stats a slight little bit.

Re: Full scaledfolk race remade suggestion
remember, brutes are to be implemented AFTER this balancing issue is taken care of. We should for now focus on rebalancing the units we currently have and worry about how the new units will fit into the race after we do so.

Re: Frost dragon
I like this idea. I mean, sure, MAYBE scaledfolk have too many dragons already... but I think there's still room for one more at least, lol. I actually have an idea for the dragon's frost breath. Since the lightning dragon already has a slowing breath, I think this dragon could have something ...

Re: Full scaledfolk race remade suggestion
I honestly liked the initial suggestions for the revamp very nicely. The one thing I agree, though, is making lizardmen elite units and not regular warriors - there's already kobolds and highborns for that role. Cost 4-5 tanky and powerful specialized units - that's the role I imagine for the lizard...

Maybe lower it's stats a bit: Cost:5 Trained at dragon temple. Hp:38 Atk:15 burning weapon. Rng:1 Sight:6 Spd:4 flying. Can be hit by ground for normal damage. Arm:2 P.arm:1 Res:30% Has vetraning And I'll work on your image right away. Lynx, Stats were lowered to accommodate veteran power. Scaledfo...

Re: Lizardmen Brute pack
Precisely. That by itself already makes dragons be really tanky, add that to the fact that (most of them) also deal a lot of damage and have high armors and you already have powerful units that can both act as a frontline and nuke weaker enemies. Scaledfolk already have a lot of high cost tanky unit...

Re: Lizardmen Brute pack
Exactally my point. If scaledfolk aren't supposed to have good cavalry then why would we want to give them a tanky 8 cost cavalry unit? Especially considering they have numerous units to fit the 8+ cost powerhouse role (black dragon, gray dragon, hydra, just to name a few)? I say we take those stats...

Re: Coward's Reward
Basically, all melee imperial units would have a 1 range aura. If any enemy moves from that aura to out of it, it takes 10 direct damage that bypasses armor and spell res.
