I like your concept but he looks more like a rune mage rather than a rune smith. Also i propose to add less shadow bellow his feet (just circle his feet with a bit of dark). The hands are too big and his feet are too small. Try work more on his robe to make it look more random upon his feet. We can ...

Before this update i mentioned that mithril guard team color need fixing. I fixed it an posted the new image.
Can you add it instead of the old one ?
