There is one thing that could make switching between Ao games easier.
Some sort of unified account option, that would allow to skip too many single player plays required for veteran players of another Ao version.
Maybe gems/gold/whatever it's named conversion option?

Having 3 turns anti-heavy archer unit producable in TC with 10 attack would surely change gameplay. To spam those in every possible tower and in TCs. So that would need some bigger nerf or locking unit behind something. Wouldn't the need of setting them up constitute as the nerf for that? Not much ...

Please retain image names as in original if possible. It's additional and completely needless work to find them, copy image names and rename again. Well as far as I know light crossbow in China was used as widely as bows in other parts of the world.

With names in arabic I am not sure middle eastern roster should have lancer and horse archer. They are already quite versatile with archers, swordsmen, anti-mounted foot, cavalry and camelry (including strongly anti-mounted Mameluks).
