Yes it is intentional to be buildable for all races.

Alas it must not be able to produce anything right now. Later it will be able in fun mode to produce forum hero units.

The thing why i want to give it better than catapult bonuses is because it is unupgradable and has no aoe.

Agreed on tech and cost.

2nd ability can be implemented later.

I'd say add 100% to bonuses against buildings and fortifications and 200% against megas and it will be perfect.

Indeed. Is it some sort of knight who has lost his lord (for example he was exiled) and because he is decaying somewhere at the town?

Also too high hp for such cost.

I'd say give it 3 turns cooldown and initial cooldown for transform (in elf form).

Catapult is fine because it is siege unit. It must not be used as anti-unit. maybe he ment as a siege too weak not anti unit. poison cloud will be useful and anyway it also will have its main attack as siege.
Think about "poison cloud" as alternative attack against living units of enemy that can't miss unlike direct attack.

I'd say that ability must be just poison cloud without cooldown but with sacrifice. No damage to buildings.

Attack and attack range can be a bit higher alas as for me. Summoning cost must be higher as well (4-5 skeletons).

I would like to keep them as factories still so they won't be for free in terms of factory count.
So you will still need to plan carefully management of recources.

This is crutical on maps with low tc count because it will make people to choose between upgrading and elites production.

Orc units: i agree with b with few exeptions: caves must be cavalry only building.every non-cav unit must be moved to its own type of building.

As for dealing with giants - c seems fine but a could work as well.

i am fine if we will not touch archer techs specifically but other techs cost must be lowered. I would rather prefer to make that production issue to be solved. It is annoying that I can't keep 4 units in a tc without it stopping production.
