OK I m not serious about nerfing archer, but for siege I already mentioned cool guy in top post so hopefully he will respond soon "Catapult, cannon, trebuchets will have min range of 3" Yes I think this is a good start. We can see how much this affects balance and the campaign maps before...

When I start a new app, I always join instead of create multiplayer games - because there is less wait to join a game when ppl have already joined than to start one and hope random ppl will join

I think if catapults had shorter, like 5 or 6 range then cavalry getting lower speed on forests like -2 speed would b acceptable, as for banner, u won't get any feeling of superiority or high morale while u r clashing with enemies deep in the forest and suddenly notice a group of soldiers on Ur sid...

Yes that is the hope of most defensive style players :)

There is not much u can do vs catapult and siege army. If you really don't like siege, I guess you can invest in ornithopters :)

You can do this already with html. Probably should format them smaller with transparency. post them here and then link it in the html of the map. Users will see the picture if they are online.

No then your problem is because you are at a stalemate. Both sides are too strong. The only way to break the stalemate is to increase production and the only producers that are not tied to towns are workers. Population limit would eventually end your spam problem. :) Its a fascinating economic thoug...
