Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul IMPLEMENTED
I agree with DreJaDe . Double nerf is a no no. Countries with poor tanks in game will be too hard to play. Maybe prioritize fixing the AT rifle, shoulder AT, and specialized infantry (like Rangers and Panzergrenadier). So smg would not need to be changed again. AT rifle first, like the damage and ad...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
Can we do something to make the mortars of different armies represent their real life counterparts, instead of the one size fits all range they currently have? The problem with this is every nation uses different types of mortars. Allies are fond with light mortars 60mm which has a short range for ...

This should also include AT-guns. It is underused in multiplayer. And they are vital in defending urban areas.

Re: Transport Reforms
sorry to interrupt, but may i throw an idea? What about adding medium/heavy transport ? -Heavy artillery and AA in real life are not transported by regular transports like shown in game. The 4 turns artillery in game are used a lot as well as heavy AA, but it is weird that they are easily transporte...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
At this point I think we just don't understand each other, it is not going anywhere. The last sample I could give is panzer IV tank. You can use them offensively but there's no way they are the best Tiger tank can do that JOB even better though was used MORE defensively than in an offensivee Why wou...

Re: New Tech Tree and Victory Conditions Concept
I am also okay with 20. However a tech II start setting should be added. Tech I is too tough to play because it is bland where you play what you have when you start. While all tech is about using the best units for the rest of the game without any progression. Tech II start is a lot fun, change my m...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
The point is that your logic does not highlight the best use of the infantry. Riflemen is not the best anti infantry "offensive". They can't rush because their rate of fire is slow. That is why they are not the best counter for MG (which is the "defensive"). Riflemen are only a l...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
If you misunderstand. I was talking about rifleman here one tapping smg as you said. Okay, but your explanation looks like you are talking about smg. Because riflemen can only one tap SMG and AT rifle, and some that have higher hp would not be. MG would still be dominant. 1. One hitting smg. I can'...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
1. One hitting smg. I did not said they will 1 hit anything. They will be able to kill 1 infantry in one turn with the help of grenades. They have 2 action turns. If they have low hp they will get countered attack and get killed without grenades. 2. Maximum damage of 28 for rifleman That is not too...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
That is the point though, them to be killed easily. SMG are weak alone in reality. Removing their counter does not connect with your logic of "being short range". SMG can defend themselves if they are in short range, so they should have counter if they got attack by flamethrowers/officers/...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
If you still dont understand it, the 4 things I said is to completely balance the SMG So all of these should be applied for SMG Number 1 (base hp is 27) to make SMG killable by most units. Because in reality they are weak in the open. Number 2 (allow them to shoot units inside structures) buff their...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
DreJaDe I think you misunderstood what I am trying to say. Btw, the HP reduction will not work here as the rifleman have really so low damage anyway that they can only mill smg through grenade. All the 4 things I said should be done together (thats why I said it is a long rework). SMG hp should be ...

Re: Reform.: SMG renaming, stats renewal and overall overhaul
I like the changes of the smgs which affects the overall rework of infantry. I disagree with removal of grenades, because the recent update buff its damage to artillery which is really needed. So reduce the damage bonus and retain the grenade. It also does not solve the problem of SMG dominating rif...

Re: 75 mm Modele 1897 Artillery version
Here is the re-image for the US m1897. It was the m1897 that is mounted on M2 carriage. It was part of the us artillery modernization. But only 200 were converted by 1939, it was a slow process. I am not sure if the AT and the field gun looks different, but everything a little looks like the same, o...

Re: Jets on TC are really OP
My point isn't to make allies OP or anyone OP. I know, i was just also explaining why the logic mass production and the "british can be able to 'mass produce' jets as early as the germans did" can't be applied in game. But I'm fine with the meteor and liberty ship having different stats, ...

Re: Jets on TC are really OP
The allies didn't cause they have a lot of plane. Even though they can, they did'nt do it, that is already the point. This is not some grand strategy game where it features historical scenario and you can alter what was produced earlier and what was not. I think the main logic of the stats for most...

Re: Jets on TC are really OP
The problem here is that, how much more can the prop plane damage be reduced... And the most important part, is there even a reason to change their attack when we are just making their gap the same anyway with this thought? The goal is just to make jet planes safe from propellered planes. And of co...

since the germans were the only ones who used jet planes in the war. should you continue to have an advantage there. therefore drejade is right that the allies were actually superior. Proposal 1 the german jet planes are also only built on the airfield. the allied planes are going to be a round mor...

Cool. They can land on airfields as well. Their only cons is that they can only be produced on carriers. And carriers will be limited, takes time to build, and can be prime targets.

An ability sounds good. How about enabling the ability on TC as well? As you said, most paratroopers rarely go back to airport. Either suicide mission or players' arifields are usually built far behind the frontline. But of course, cool down can be added. So it does not get abused on close TC combat.

Not an upgrade for simplification. As I said, soviet guards came around 1941, so the rpg43 would fit them. Also, if this grenade will have upgrade; so as the others. Re: Reform: Smg anti tank grenade
Anti tank grenade update really seems fun but there are few more problems with this idea: 1. Some SMG's will have 2 AT grenades. That fact that they have 2 action turns, some smgs can kill a tank in a single turn. And that is very unbalanced. 2. Use of AT grenade against tank is very situational. Dr...

It was the same case as the H suggestion, because some performance detail...
